Entry Fee: DiscountsDiscounted pre-entry charges are only available to NSRA members. NSRA membership costs from only £30 and members can enjoy savings of over £40 per year as well as enjoying other benefits of membership. A member and guest save almost half the membership fee on the pre-entry charge to this event alone.

STATEMENT TO PARTICIPANTS The NSRA recognise their obligation under the Health & Safety at work act 1974 & request your co-operation in our endeavour to improve & maintain a safe & healthy environment in which to enjoy our hobby/sport/way of life. We therefore respectfully require your co-operation and ask you to comply with any request made of you, in the name of health & safety, by any NSRA employee, representative or contractor. Please obey all NSRA signage.

CAMPING Camping is ONLY available for the nights of Thursday 1st (Members Only) Friday 2nd and Saturday 3rd. Strictly NO early arrivals or late departures. No camping units to be sited under branches of trees. All camping units to be at least 6 metres apart. Please do not run generators (unless totally silent) at unsociable hours. Only LPG and diesel generators are allowed and you must also carry a C02 extinguisher.

EVENT SECURITY Security is on site 24 hours a day over the whole event. Please note: all weekend participants must wear their wristband at all times (including Sunday) - not negotiable. Any individual without wristbands will be escorted off site. Random security searches will be made.

INAPPROPRIATE BEHAVIOUR The NSRA have a zero tolerance policy. Any form of inappropriate behaviour is unacceptable and will be dealt with swiftly. We ask that you be considerate towards others, and should you experience a problem with any individual or group, please report it to an NSRA official or call the event security hotline.

MOTORCYCLES Ploddin` around on your Harley or classic is cool but just forget anything else. Strictly no go-peds, scooters, mini - motorbikes etc to be used anywhere on site.

DRIVING Strictly no driving on site after 9PM. No burnouts, donuts or other `special` driving techniques at any time. There is a strict 5mph speed limit in force throughout the site, and the provisions within the road traffic act will apply at all times. Please do not drive your vehicle to the marquee at night, you may not be allowed to drive it back after 9PM. No driving under the influence of alcohol at any time.

DOGS Dogs must be on a lead at all times, and please clean up any mess after them.

TOT RODS All tot rods must be registered with the NSRA, be supervised by an adult at all times and have an adult walking alongside whilst driving.

SMOKING Smoking  is not permitted within any enclosed space on site. This includes marquees, toilets and bars.

BOTTLES & RUBBISH Please, please remove all broken glass. Please pack all rubbish thoughtfully and place it in the designated areas. The NSRA have a litter bond imposed on them and a financial  penalty for failure to comply. Please use the chemical toilet waste disposal tanks provided.

JUDGING As in previous years, judging will be based on the participants` choice voting slips. Dont forget to write your name on the back of the voting slip to be in with a chance of winning a prize yourself. All voting slips must be handed in by 2PM on Sunday.

BARBECUES Barbecues may be used onsite providing they are off the ground and disposed of properly (subject to change).

LOST CHILDREN The collection point for lost children is in the NSRA Hospitality Marquee. Proof of identity and a parent or guardian's signature may be required before they can be reunited with the child. If the child is reluctant to go with the adult, advice will be sought from the police.
